Can I use a Power of Attorney from outside the UAE?

A POA issued outside the UAE must be apostilled (for Hague Convention countries) or attested through the UAE Embassy in the issuing country and then by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Once attested, it must be certified and translated into Arabic by an MOJ-licensed translator.
