Certified & Professional Translation in 100+ Languages

We translate all document types including legal contracts, immigration papers, educational certificates (degrees, transcripts, mark sheets), medical records, financial statements, technical manuals, marketing materials, birth/marriage/death certificates, powers of attorney, affidavits, and corporate documents. If you don't see your document type listed, contact us — we handle virtually everything.

We provide professional translation in over 100 languages, including English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Persian/Farsi, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and many more. We also handle rare and regional languages — just ask.

Yes. Our certified translations are performed by linguists accredited by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) or relevant authority. Certified translations carry an official stamp and sign-off, making them acceptable for courts, embassies, government bodies, and official institutions.

A regular translation accurately converts text from one language to another. A certified (legal) translation includes a signed statement from the translator certifying that the translation is a true and accurate representation of the original, often with a notarized seal. Government agencies, courts, and embassies typically require certified translations.

We accept PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx), JPEG, PNG, and scanned documents. For physical documents, you can send clear photos or scans. Contact us if you have an unusual format.

You can submit documents via: Email (secure file transfer), WhatsApp (for quick submissions), in-person at our office, online portal/upload, or courier/delivery service.

Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days depending on document length, language pair, and complexity. Rush/express services (same-day or 24-hour) are available for an additional fee. Very large or technical documents may take longer — we'll give you an exact timeline upon request.

Most translations are charged per word (source language word count). Some documents (like legal contracts) may be quoted per page. You'll receive a transparent quote before we begin — no hidden charges.

Yes. We work with clear scans, photos, and even handwritten documents as long as the text is legible. If the document is difficult to read, we'll contact you for clarification before proceeding.

Yes. We offer website translation, app localization, software UI translation, and multimedia subtitling. Our team ensures cultural adaptation, not just word-for-word translation.

Every translation goes through a 3-step process: translation → editing → proofreading. We use translation memory tools, glossaries, and style guides to ensure consistency, especially for recurring clients.

Yes. We can handle the full chain — translation, notarization, and attestation/Apostille — so you receive a fully legalized document ready for submission.

Absolutely. We sign NDAs on request, and all documents are handled under strict confidentiality protocols. Your files are never shared with third parties.

Yes. We offer monthly retainer packages for businesses needing regular translation. Retainer clients get priority scheduling, discounted rates, and a dedicated project manager.

Contact us. We have a network of 500+ vetted linguists worldwide and can source even rare language pairs within 24–48 hours.

Attestation Services

Full-Chain Document Legalization for 150+ Countries

Attestation is the process of verifying and authenticating a document so it is legally recognized in the UAE (or other destination countries). It confirms that the document is genuine and can be used for official purposes like visa applications, employment, education, or business.

We attest all document categories — Personal (birth, marriage, death certificates, divorce decree, PCC, passport, ID cards), Educational (degrees, diplomas, transcripts, mark sheets), Commercial (trade licenses, certificates of incorporation, MOA/AOA, board resolutions), and Medical (medical certificates, health cards, lab reports).

For most documents, the chain is: (1) Notary Public (if required by originating country) → (2) Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country → (3) UAE Embassy/Consulate in the issuing country → (4) UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA). The exact chain varies by document type and country. We handle the entire process for you.

Attestation is used for non-Hague Convention countries (like UAE, most GCC countries, China, India, etc.). Apostille is a simplified certification for Hague Convention member countries (e.g., USA, UK, most EU countries). An Apostille replaces the embassy/consulate step.

Yes. We coordinate directly with embassies and consulates in the UAE and worldwide. You don't need to visit any embassy — we handle everything.

Apostille countries: 5–15 business days. Non-Apostille (embassy attestation): 2–6 weeks depending on embassy processing times. Urgent/express: available for an additional fee — as fast as 5–7 business days for some countries.

Yes. We provide real-time tracking via WhatsApp, email, or our online portal. You'll receive updates at every stage: document received → notarization → MOFA → Embassy → MoFA → ready for delivery.

For most attestation types, yes — originals are required because authorities stamp/verify the physical document. We handle originals with extreme care and return them via insured courier. For some self-attestation cases, copies may suffice.

MoFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) attestation is the final step in the UAE document legalization process. It confirms that all previous stamps (embassy, MOFA of origin country) are genuine. MoFA attestation is mandatory for almost all foreign documents used in the UAE.

Yes. We handle attestation for documents from 150+ countries including India, Pakistan, Philippines, China, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Nigeria, Bangladesh, and more.

We can usually work with laminated documents (we remove lamination for stamping). However, if a document is severely damaged, torn, or faded, we may need a fresh copy from the issuing authority. We'll advise you case by case.

Yes. We offer free pickup and delivery within the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.). For international clients, we arrange secure courier service.

Typically: original degree/diploma/mark sheet, passport copy (first 2 + last 2 pages), visa copy (if applicable), and passport-size photo (some cases). We'll send you a customized checklist based on your specific document and issuing country.

Yes, in most contexts they mean the same thing — the process of making a foreign document legally valid in another country. "Legalization" is the more formal term; "attestation" is commonly used in the UAE/GCC region.

Yes. For Indian-issued documents, we handle the full chain including SDM (Sub-Divisional Magistrate) or HRD (Human Resource Development) attestation, MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) attestation, UAE Embassy attestation, and UAE MoFA attestation.

Notary Services

Government-Authorized Notarization & Legal Certification

A notary public is a government-authorized official who witnesses the signing of documents, verifies identities, administers oaths, and certifies copies. Notarization adds a layer of legal authenticity to documents.

Document notarization (signing witnessing), certified true copies, oath/affidavit administration, Power of Attorney notarization, statutory declarations, declaration of documents, and witnessing signatures on legal documents.

Yes. The signer must be physically present (in person or via approved Remote Online Notarization if available in your jurisdiction). We cannot notarize a document without the signer present — this is a legal requirement.

Valid government-issued ID (passport, Emirates ID, or driving license), the document(s) to be notarized (originals), and any supporting documents referenced in the document (e.g., property papers for a sale agreement).

Yes. Our notaries are fluent in multiple languages including English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, French, and more. The notarization certificate will be in the language of the document.

Notarization verifies the identity of the signer and the authenticity of the signature on a specific document. Attestation verifies the document itself (often through a chain of government authorities) for use in another country. You may need both — for example, a notarized Power of Attorney that is then attested for use abroad.

Yes. We notarize all types of POAs — general, special, enduring, and property POAs. We also help draft POAs if needed (additional fee applies).

Yes. For corporate clients or individuals unable to visit our office, we offer on-site notary services at your location (office, home, hospital, etc.) within the UAE. Travel charges may apply.

Most notarizations are completed within 15–15 minutes per document, including verification and paperwork. Complex documents (like property deeds) may take longer. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended.

A certified true copy confirms that the photocopy is an exact replica of the original document — the notary compares the copy to the original and stamps/signs it. A notarized document verifies the identity of the person signing the document. Both services require the original document to be presented.

For documents to be used in the UAE, the notarization typically needs to happen in the UAE (or at a UAE consulate abroad). We can advise on the best approach based on your location.

Yes. We can arrange Apostille on notarized documents for Hague Convention countries, and full attestation for non-Hague countries.

Pricing varies by document type and complexity. Basic notarization starts from AED 100–200 per document. We provide a transparent quote before starting. Package discounts are available for multiple documents.

Absolutely. We regularly notarize documents for use in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, India, Philippines, China, and all GCC countries. We ensure the notarization meets the destination country's requirements.

Yes, by appointment. We understand urgent needs and offer extended hours including Saturdays (and some Sundays) for corporate clients.

Yes — tourists from approved countries can drive using their home licence (with rental car). However, UAE residents (with a residence visa) MUST convert to a UAE licence. Driving on a foreign licence as a resident invalidates your insurance.

You'll need a certified Arabic translation. We provide MOJ-certified legal translations of driving licences — usually ready within 12–24 hours.

Yes — our full-service package includes: document checklist & collection, certified translation of foreign licence, eye test appointment arrangement, RTA appointment booking, in-person assistance at the testing center, and licence collection & delivery.

No — licence conversion requires a valid UAE residence visa. Visit visa holders can drive on their foreign licence temporarily but cannot convert.

Most authorities require the licence to be valid (not expired) at the time of conversion. Some countries allow conversion within a grace period — we'll check your specific case.

Yes. We handle commercial/fleet licence conversions, including company car registrations and fleet documentation.

Our service fee starts from AED 350–500 (depending on package). Government fees (RTA/testing center) are separate — typically AED 300–500. We provide a full cost breakdown upfront.

The "Golden Chance" is a one-time opportunity for residents from non-exempt countries to skip driving classes and go straight to the road test. Availability varies — contact us to check eligibility.
