Recent years have witnessed a huge number of searches on Google and other search engines using smart phones, computers and tablets. With regards to translation and language services, these searches have focused on submitting files for translation and receiving translated files online.

Human interaction has been minimized to ensure swift response and timely delivery. Starting from receiving a file from client till delivering the final translation output, the human interaction does not exceed 30% of the whole process.
Directly after receiving a document from a client, our system automatically assesses the file and sends a quotation to the client with total and itemized costs and excepted delivery options.
Once the quotation is confirmed by the client, the system auto-schedule the translation job as per the client’s confirmation. At this point, some human interference is required, where coordinators are alarmed to take action and assign the scheduled file to the right translator.
Then, the system will instantly alarm the assigned translator that a new file is assigned to him/her to confirm accepting the translation document and proceed accordingly.
Once the translator is finished translating the file, the system will automatically alarm the concerned coordinator of the completion of translated document.
The coordinator will then assign the file for final proofreading and quality checking before sending the translated file to the client. Once the proofreading and quality assurance are completed, the translated document is uploaded on the system to be automatically forwarded to the client for confirmation to proceed with the print-out and legalization in case legal translation was advised by the client for the file.
If the system was updated that this is a legal translation, once the client confirms, another human interference takes place to print out the file and prepare it for legalization by our sworn translator.
Once the job is completely done, the system automatically closes the translation job by considered it a closed project.
