Translation of Documents Without Attestation?
Sometimes we are unaware of so called “attestation”. What we just know is, if once we have our documents or certificates, it is already legal as it is. Actually, if those documents will be used only on the country of origin, it doesn’t need stamps anymore but when we are going to use it overseas as an official document requirements, it should be having proper attestations.
Here inside UAE, when you are going to apply for a job or you need to process your visa requirements, one of the documents they need is an attested marriage certificates, birth certificates, diploma, etc. Why? Because the attestation will be the proof that your document is legally issued by the country of origin.
For example, your document is in English language and you need to submit it into government entities inside UAE, they will require you to translate your certificate in Arabic. The first requirement for a legal translation is attestation. Mostly, it is UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp from country of Origin, Embassy stamp of the country of origin here inside UAE and another MOFA stamp here inside UAE.
If your document aren’t having these stamps stated above, we can still translate your document into Arabic but will not be considered as legal. It will be printed on company letter head with company stamp but without the signature and stamp of a legal translator.
If you are wondering if your documents can be legally translated or no, better to send us hi message here on the website so we can check your document and give you the proper evaluation and quotation.
