Document Attestation for Ministry of Education

In UAE, there is Ministry of Education; they’re the one in-charge for the attestations of school certificates/ degree certificates that will be used inside or outside UAE.
Why do we need to do attestation of degree certificate? First, to make the certificate legal on which purpose it may serve. Second, it is needed for a requirement weather in school, or for job purposes.
What are the requirements for certificate attestation?
For inside the country submission, it differs weather issued here inside UAE or outside. For certificates issued inside the country, there are 2 languages; when it is from Government school, it will come as Arabic and if it’s from private school, it’ll be in English. If the certificate will be submitted also in UAE, for the Arabic, it will need only MOE attestation. But for English certificates, it will need MOE attestation and legal translation.
For certificates issued from outside the country, it should have Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp from country of origin, UAE Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation from UAE and translation to Arabic language.
For outside the country submission, if certificate is in Arabic, it should be attested by MOE and MOFA and translated legally to the language of submission.
The requirements needed in making MOE attestation are the following: Emirates ID, Original certificate.
